The mission of The Randolph County Caring Community Partnership is to serve as a framework to engage the community in action towards enhancing the quality of life for all residents. The mission will be accomplished by applying the values of Respect, Collaboration, Integrity, and Accountability.

The Focus on Fatherhood program is a responsible fatherhood initiative complemented with a mentoring initiative designed to increase the involvement of fathers in child nurturing and to enhance the parenting skills of fathers so they can help their children grow into healthy, responsible adults.
